Some of the ores drop the block itself, which needs to be smelted in order to create it’s Ingot/Gem form. These include Copper, Zectium, and Starconium. Others just drop Gems, Shards, and other items like Sapphire, Ruby, Crystal, Fool’s Ruby, Meteorite, and Demonite. The item in the bottom right corner is Fool’s Ruby Mush, made when two regular Fool’s Ruby Blocks are placed in the Demonite Furnace.

Copper, Meteorite, Sapphire, Ruby, Zectium, Crystal, Fool’s Ruby, Starconium, and Demonite can now be found throughout your Minecraft world just like any other ore! The picture above shows all of the ores. It also shows the blocks for each type of ore above the ore itself. They can be crafted with 9 of each ore’s primary gem/shard/ingot. A Meteorite block that lights up can be made too, with one Glowstone Dust in the center instead of the normal Meteorite Block recipe.

METEORITE:

Describing the Ore:

Meteorite is a colorful red ore that stands out because of it’s discoloration compared to Stone. It may be easy to spot in caves for most people since it glows in the dark.
What it Drops:

If you find Meteorite, you need a Stone Pickaxe or higher to mine it, and the block will drop an item called Hyper Coal. Hyper coal can be used in a furnace to smelt 16 items at a time, or make 16 torches in a Crafting Table.
Special Recipes:

To make tools and armor, you must take Hyper Coal and put it in a Crafting Table with a lava bucket to get Meteorite Coal. Meteorite Coal can be used to smelt 32 items at a time, or make 32 torches in a Crafting Table. To make Meteorite Gems, simply take Meteorite Coal and put it in a Crafting Table with Obsidian. Meteorite Rods can be used to make Meteorite Bows. They shoot Meteorite Arrows which can set any mob on fire! Meteorite Arrows require one Hyper Coal, a Feather, and one Stick in a Crafting Table to be made. ::Note:: All Bows only shoot their own type of Arrow. Reinforced Glass and Reinforced Glass Panes can be used in any build and protects from TNT! See the “Crafting” section for more recipes.
Tools:

All tools are made from Meteorite Gems, and can set the ground on fire when right clicked besides Hoes. Meteorite Swords can also set mobs on fire when hit. Meteorite Bows shoot flaming Meteorite Arrows.
Armor:

Meteorite Armor is lava / fire proof! If you step in lava or get set on fire with a full set of Meteorite Armor on, you will receive half a heart of damage, but automatically be given Fire Resistance. Every 40 seconds you will receive another half heart of damage, as the Fire Resistance wears out, but it will comeback immediately. Durability does not wear out when in fire / lava. Since Meteorite is a weak Ore in general, it cannot protect you from anything else besides lava / fire.

Meteorite Armor has 5 armor points.
Blocks:

To make non – glowing Meteorite Blocks, place 9 Meteorite Gems in a Crafting Table. To make glowing Meteorite Blocks, place 1 Glowstone Dust in the center of a Crafting Table, and surround it with Meteorite Gems.
